Are you a detail-oriented individual who stares down a stack of unorganized files knowing the files will lose? Do you like a fast-moving day with varying duties and tasks? Then you may be the person we are looking for. We are hiring an Office Administrator to help run our construction company.
In this role, you will be responsible for helping the company stay on track from an administration perspective. This includes duties such as working on proposals with key employees; handling inbound and outbound communication (via phone and email); interacting with employees on the shop floor and more. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with numbers; obtaining information from vendors and customers; and following through on tasks through completion. You should be very proficient using software-based systems, tracking bills, cross-checking hours for payroll and logging interactions in our construction management software.
And though construction related experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. We will happily train someone who is curious, hard working, diligent and looking to build a career.
